Bookings & Cancellations
DS Fly Fishing offers Fly Fishing Coaching & Guiding.
In the event that DS Fly Fishing has to cancel a session due to unexpected inclement weather or other reasons beyond their control, participants will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity and a full refund will be issued.
Participants cancelling their booking more than 24 hours in advance will be issued with a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not usually be refunded unless the session is able to be filled with another participant.
DS Fly Fishing cannot be held responsible for any injury caused whilst travelling to and from fisheries, beats our or any injuries which may occur whilst participating in a water based activity. DS Fly Fishing cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst in attendance on, or travelling to or from one of our events.
DS Fly Fishing must be made aware by the participants/parents/guardians of any medical conditions that they may have in writing before the event.
Health & Safety
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place.
Fly Fishing is a water-based activity with inherent risks it is therefore compulsory for all participants to comply with Coach/s instructions at all times, this is not limited to safety only and may include compliance and consideration to other participants.
Your coach reserves the right to cancel or terminate a session with immediate effect, and without reason. In this event no refund will be given.
All DS Fly Fishing coaches hold a current emergency first aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
Videos / Photography
DS Fly Fishing may from time to time take promotional photo / video for promotional literature.
participants/parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be included in promotional photos / film must make DS Fly Fishing aware.
DS Fly Fishing cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a DS Fly Fishing event. Please ensure that no valuables are taken to the venue by participants/parents/guardians. It is participants/parents/guardians responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and / or available for the activity provided and for changeable weather conditions.
In the unlikely event that a participants/parents/guardians is injured on one of our events, participants/parents/guardians consent is given to DS Fly Fishing to administer emergency aid treatment where necessary or to transfer the participants/parents/guardians to hospital if deemed necessary. In this event, all attempts to contact participants/parents/guardians will be made using the contact numbers provided.
In the event that participants/parents/guardians are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please notify a member of staff at the event or make contact via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and your concern will be dealt with promptly.
Data collected on the basis of consent
Upon your request and expression of consent, we collect the following data for the purpose of providing services to you. Your data is not used for any other purposes or shared with third parties. It is removed upon your withdrawal of consent or your request to terminate theses services.
Name, email address, content of the comment: this data is collected when you leave a comment and displayed on the Website.
If you leave a comment on the Website, your name and email address will also be saved in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be saved on your computer until you delete them.
